Corn Dryer

This is a tower shaped corn dryer, the capacity is 150T/D. It is multi functional, you can process kinds of grain drying like wheat, corn, rice, soybean, sorghum, rapeseed etc.

1. It is adopt low temperature mixed flow drying principle. You can control the thermal damage on the grain during the drying process, to ensure the quality of the grain
2. This drying tower is mainly made of hot galvanized plate, it is not only good looking but also not easy to rust, so that you can build it outdoors. And it has at least 15 years operating life.
3. The structure is cordwood system, so it is easy to install and maintain. You can adjust the tower as your requirements on the grain like moisture and production capacity.
4. It is continuous drying, you can dry the grain from feeding to output at one time.

Corn Drying Flow Diagram

1. The wet corn will be conveyed to a before sieve elevator by using a belt conveyor;
2. Wet corn will be conveyed to a pre-cleaning machine, dust and impurity will be keep away from the corn during this part;
3. Pre-cleaned corn will be elevated to a storage silo;
4. Corn will be taken up to the high tower for drying
5. After drying, the corn will be conveyed by a belt conveyor to a dry corn storage silo.
